How do I sign up for an Unlimited Plan?
Sign up online or at one of our paystations on site.
When will I be billed for my Unlimited Plan?
Your monthly fee will automatically be charged to your account on the same day every month, based on the day you initially sign up.
How does the paystation recognize I am a member?
With license plate recognition the paystation recognizes you are one of our unlimited plan members and opens the gate right up when you arrive.
What happens if I get a new license plate or a new car?
We can easily switch your account from one plate to another. Just sign into your account or give us a call and a team member can help you!
Can I use my Unlimited Plan on more than one vehicle?
You cannot use your monthly pass on other vehicles, however, we can easily add other vehicles to the Unlimited Plan if you give us a shout!
How do I cancel my Unlimited Plan?
Give us a call or log into your account to cancel or adjust your account to better meet your needs.
What happens when I cancel my Unlimited Plan?
Your account will deactivate once the current billing cycle is up.
