Your monthly fee will be automatically charged to your account on the same day every month, based on the day you initially signed up for your car wash plan.

How does the pay station recognize my car as a member?

Our pay station uses license plate recognition to identify Monthly Car Wash Plan members, automatically ordering your wash and opening the gate when you arrive.

What happens if I get a new license plate or a new car?

Just let us know and we can easily change the plate on your account for you.

Can I use my Monthly Car Wash Plan on more than one vehicle?

No, your Car Wash Monthly Plan is valid only for the registered vehicle, but you can add additional plans for additional vehicles to your original account.

How do I cancel my Monthly Car Wash Plan?

You can cancel or adjust your plan by calling us or logging into your account.

What happens when I cancel my Car Wash Monthly Plan?

Your account will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
